The ever popular ANBU!Naruto. XD;; Yess... I know the tattoo is missing... @__@ I didn't really have any proper reference.. I'm lazy.

Tried using tips from =kawaiiyume's Painter tutorial. ^^ Have to say it helped me a bit.
Painter + 7-8 hours? + WACOM tablet
